Phase II builds upon the fundamentals of Phase I with more dynamic combinations and challenging sequences. You will progress into:
- Advanced strength-and-balance movements
- Fluid transitions for greater athletic flow
-Enhanced body control and muscle endurance
- Deeper core integration and stability under intensity
Phase II helps refine your practice and elevate your physical performance. You may begin Phase II after completing Phase I, once you feel confident in your fundamentals.
