Fundamentals of Strength & Balance

The gTonnicks Strength & Balance Series is designed to help you develop a lean, sleek, and strong body through intentional movement, core activation, and gravity-based resistance. This home training program is structured in two progressive phases, giving you the flexibility to advance at your own pace.

It is recommended to practice 2–3 times per week for 4–6 weeks before progressing, allowing your body to adapt and master the movements fully.
